How can I round off present days in the Report Card Designer?

You can control the rounding of present days by updating the key used in the report card template through the Report Card Builder.

⚠️ Important:
Editing a Report Card Template should only be done if you are familiar with the Visual/HTML Editor. Incorrect modifications may break the layout or disrupt data mapping.

1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Examination > Report Card Builder.
2. Select the report card template where you want to configure the present days.
3. Locate the field for Present Days, which typically uses a keyword like:
   • $!ats_gp1_es1_pd
     (gp1 = Term 1, es1 = Assessment 1, pd = Present Days)
4. To round the value, use the Math Round Function and replace the existing keyword.
   • To Round to 1 Decimal Place
     $!math.roundTp(1, $!ats_gp1_es1_pd)
   • To Round to 0 Decimal Places (Whole Number)
     $!math.roundTp(0, $!ats_gp1_es1_pd)

💡 Example:

• Before: $!ats_gp1_es1_pd
• After (rounded to 1 decimal place): $!math.roundTp(1, $!ats_gp1_es1_pd)
