How can I troubleshoot and resolve the issue if the fee due is not appearing for a student’s assigned route and service?

This issue usually occurs due to one of the following reasons:

  • The transport fee is not configured for the stop, or
  • The Create Transport Fee Dues option is disabled.

1. Check for Fee Configuration

  1. Navigate to Student > Student Transport > Transport Fee.
  2. Open the relevant Route and Service where the fee is not reflecting.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Check whether the fee amount is added for the required Stop.
  5. If missing, update the amount.
  6. Click Save.

2. Enable Create Transport Fee Dues Setting

  1. Navigate to Student > Student Transport > Transport Fee.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Check whether Create Transport Fee Dues is disabled.
  4. If disabled, turn on the toggle to enable it.
  5. Click Save to apply the changes.
