How can I update a student’s primary contact number to reflect on their fee receipt?

  1. Navigate to Student > Student List and Reports > Student List.
  2. Search for and select the student whose primary contact you want to update.
  3. Go to the Student tab and click the pencil icon to edit the profile.
  4. Scroll down to the Contact Details section.
  5. In the Primary Contact dropdown, select either Father, Mother, or Guardian as the primary contact for the student.
  6. Click Save to apply the changes.

Note: The updated primary contact will now reflect on the student’s fee receipt.
