How can I verify Exam Hierarchy?

Once the examination structure is configured—either by the school or the support team—it is strongly recommended to verify the exam hierarchy before starting marks entry. This helps avoid errors during marks entry and reports & report card generation.

Method 1: Exam Hierarchy

1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Examination > Exam Hierarchy.
2. Select the required Class, then review the configured Term, Assessment, Subject, Activity, or Rubric.
3. Check whether all mandatory configurations are in place.
4. If any configuration is missing, it must be corrected before proceeding with marks entry.
   • The system displays the count of missing configurations along with legends at the top-right corner for easy identification.
5. For minor updates—such as name changes, sequence number, maximum marks, or mandatory-to-pass settings—use the Quick Edit option to make corrections.
