How can I verify that transport fees are correctly reflected on the fee collection page?

Verify the Configured Transport Fee

• Go to Transaction in the main menu.
• Select Student > Student Transport > Transport Fees.
• From the list of routes, select the specific route you want to verify.
• In the selected route, click Settings in the top-left.
• Cross-check the fee amounts with the school’s approved transport fee structure.
• Review the fee details for each stop and schedule.

Additional Checks

• Confirm students are mapped with the correct effective instalment date.
• Instalment are not linked to the transport fee type.

Cross-check on the Fee Collection Page

1. Navigate to Transaction > Fee > Collect Fee
2. Search for the student(s) assigned to the route/stop.
3. Verify that the corresponding transport instalment amount appears.
