How can inactive students pay their due fees online using the mobile app?

Inactive students cannot pay fees online using the mobile app because access to the app is disabled once a student is marked inactive.

Available options:

1. The school can collect the fee offline using inactive tab.
2. The admin can reactivate the student in the system. Once reactivated, the student (or parent) will be able to pay the due fees online through the mobile app.
