To enter marks from a mobile app, follow these detailed steps:
- Log in as Staff: Open the mobile app and log in using the staff credentials (username and password) provided by the educational institution.
- Navigate to Mark Entry Section: Once logged in, locate and access the “Examination” module within the app.
- Access Mark Entry: Under the “Examination” module, find and click on the “Mark Entry” option.
- Select Parameters: Within the mark entry section:
- Choose the specific Class/Section for which you want to enter marks.
- Select the appropriate Term (e.g., Semester 1, Quarter 3).
- Specify the Assessment Type (e.g., Midterm Exam, Project, Homework).
- Choose the relevant Subject for which marks are being entered.
- Select the Activity (e.g., Exam, Assignment) within the assessment.
- Submit Selections: After selecting all the necessary parameters (Class/Section, Term, Assessment, Subject, Activity), click on the “Submit” button.
- Enter Marks for Students: On the mark entry page:
- A list of students enrolled in the selected class/section will be displayed.
- For each student, locate their name and corresponding fields to enter marks.
- Enter the marks or grades achieved by each student in the respective field.
