How do I activate my account using the Parent Account?

If your parent account is already activated and you are using the Next Learning Platform app, follow these steps:

1. Log in with the parent account (username can be your mobile number or email ID) through Google Chrome and navigate to the top right corner.
2. If you scroll down to the bottom of the homepage, you can notice an ‘ACTIVATE NOW’ button.
3. Click on it and you will be taken to another page where you can create/change the password of your student account.

If your parent account is already activated and you are using Next Learning Platform on the web, follow these steps:

1. Log in with the parent account (username can be your mobile number or email ID) through Google Chrome and navigate to the top right corner.
2. You can notice a profile icon there. Click on it and navigate to Manage Accounts.
3. Select the Student Account tab.

1. You can create/change the password of your student account and click on “Save”.

If you cannot see the “Create/Change Password” option, then contact your school admin for further assistance.
