The activation SMS received from your school
Check the Messages app on your phone to ensure you have received an SMS from Next Education containing an activation OTP from your school. If you haven’t received it, contact your school admin.
If you are using the Next Learning Platform app, follow these steps to activate both parent & student accounts:
- Enter your school code.
- Select the user as ‘Parent’ if you are an Android user.
- Enter the parent’s number (in which you got the activation message) as the username.
- Enter the OTP mentioned in the activation message you got as the password for your first login and click on ‘SIGN IN’.
- Set a new password and remember it for future logins with other devices or simply log in on the same device next time.
- Now you can click on the ‘Activate Now’ to activate the student account and set a password for it.
- Click on ‘Done’ and you will now be on the home screen of your parent account.
Follow these steps to activate both parent & student accounts on the web.
- Open Google Chrome and enter <school code>.nexterp.in as the URL in the address bar.
- Select the user as ‘Parent’.
- Enter the parent’s number (in which you got the activation message) as the username.
- Enter the OTP mentioned in the activation message you got as the password for your first login and click on ‘SIGN IN’.
- Set a new password and remember it for future logins with other devices or simply log in on the same device next time.
- Now you can click on the ‘Create Account’ to activate the student account and set a password for it.
- Click on ‘Proceed to Dashboard’ and you will now be on the home screen of your parent account.
