How does “Generate dues from student joining date onwards” work in Pro-Rata settings?

If a student joins the school mid-term or mid-year, the dues are generated pro rata, based on the joining date given at the time of admission or through student list.

Example

Admission no 99998 class 1 joiniing date is 16-Aug-2024

Prorata fee type for class I , fee category “New” has been set 3000 for all four quarter.

Enable ProRata is on in Fee type “Pro Rata”

Path : setting >> finance >> Fee >> Fee type 

Pro Rata is enabled and Generate Dues from student joining date onwards is selected 

Path : setting >> finance >> Fee >> Fee collection >> General >> Enable Pro Rata

Dues calculated by system based on student joining date automatically .
