How is the fuel details calculated?

1. Select the required vehicle.
2. Click the Fuel Log icon at the top right corner of the screen. The fuel log details of the selected vehicle will be displayed. 

• Mileage (Latest 6 months): Distance travelled divided by fuel consumed, for the last 180 days, wherein;
  • Distance travelled = Highest odometer reading – lowest odometer reading
  • Fuel consumed = Sum of the quantities of fuel refilled excluding the quantity of fuel last refilled.
• Cost per km (Latest 6 months): Total cost of fuel refilled divided by distance travelled, for the last 180 days, wherein;
  •  Distance travelled = Highest odometer reading – Lowest odometer reading
  •  Total cost of fuel refilled = Sum of costs of fuel refilled excluding the cost of fuel last refilled 
• Average refilling fuel (Monthly): Total fuel consumed divided by no. of months, for the past one year from the previous month (current month data will not be considered for calculation), wherein;
  • Total fuel consumed = Sum of quantities of fuel refilled 
  • No. of months = Total no. of months between the oldest recorded month and the previous month
• Avg. refilling cost (Monthly): Total refilling cost divided by the sum of refilling cost, for the data inserted in the past one year from the previous month (current month data will not be considered in calculations) wherein;
  • No. of months = Total no. of months between the oldest recorded month and the previous month
  • Total refilling cost = Sum of costs of fuel refilled
