How should a parent respond to the slip on the NLP Android app?

There are two ways to do so.

The first way is to directly respond to the app. The following are the steps.

1. Login to the NLP Android app.
2. Tap on the permission slips on the home screen.
3. Tap on the request, or announcement from the app to view the details.
4. Tap on APPROVE or DECLINE button for the request, for announcement tap on the ACKNOWLEDGE button.
5. Click on the history icon in the yellow header to check the older slips sent to you. They are segregated in 3 different lists of APPROVED, DECLINED, and MISSED for requests. They are segregated in 2 different lists of ACKNOWLEDGED and MISSED for announcements.

The second way is to click on the link sent in the alert message content received by the parents either in the SMS Inbox, or Email Inbox, or NLP App Notification.
