How to add fuel log details?

The fuel refilling related information like cost, quantity, receipt, refill station can be entered by admin to calculate and analyse the mileage, average refilling cost, average refilling fuel of the vehicle.

1. Select Vehicle Type and Vehicle from the drop-down menu on the top of the page to view the fuel log details of the vehicle.
2. Click to add the fuel log. The pop-up window will appear.
3. Enter Fuel Quantity, Fuel Cost, Date of Fueling, Refill Station, Odometer Reading.
   NOTE:
   The odometer reading will be the reading at the time of refuelling.
4. Select check-box against Not Documented, if you missed entering previous refuel details or unsure about odometer during refuel. This will not calculate distance based on previous fuel entry.
5. Click to upload the receipt, if any.
6. Click Save.

Click to edit or delete the created fuel log.
