How to configure Holistic Report Card ?

 

1. Examination Replication

Replicate the exam hierarchy from the master branch.

Steps:

1. Navigate to: Examination Transaction –> Examination Replicator
2. Source: Select Master branch 1 –> Session 201-2020 –> Class 1 – CBSE
3. Destination: Choose the class and replicate the exam hierarchy.

Use Replicator and avoid the next steps till “5. Exam Hierarchy” 

2. Academic Terms

Create academic terms and map them to classes.

Steps:

1. Navigate to: SETTINGS –> SCHOOL SETUP –> ACADEMIC TERM
2. Create Terms:
   • Term I
   • Term II
3. Map Terms to Classes: Assign the created terms to the relevant classes.

3. Subject Creation and Mapping

Create subjects for the class and classify them as scholastic or co-scholastic.

Steps:

1. Navigate to: Examination –> Subject Setup
2. Create Subjects: Enter the following subject names:
   • Physical Development
   • Socio-Emotional & Ethical Development
   • Cognitive Development
   • Language and Literacy Development
   • Aesthetic & Cultural Development
   • Positive Learning Habits
   • Peer Feedback From Classmates (display as emojis on report card, sequence No 16)
3. Map Subjects to Classes: Assign the created subjects to the appropriate classes.

4. Subject Activities and Rubrics

Configure subject activities and rubrics.

Steps:

1. Navigate to: Subject Activity Configuration
2. Create Activities and Rubrics: Set up the necessary activities and rubrics for each subject.

5. Exam Hierarchy

Create assessments and import subjects.

Steps:

1. Navigate to: Examination Hierarchy
2. Create Assessments: Set up the required assessments.
3. Import Subjects: Add the previously created subjects to the assessments.

6. Report Card Builder

Design and save holistic report cards using the standard template.

Steps:

1. Select Template: Choose the holistic report card design template under class I to V group.
2. Configure Template:
   • Choose Term I and Term II
   • Select class and term
   • Save the configuration
   • Edit template details and select the checkbox “Holistic Report Card” for holistic UI changes.

7. Image Uploads

Upload images for students and staff.

Steps:

1. Navigate to: School Setup –> Bulk Student and Staff Photo Upload
2. Select Holistic Tab:
   • Upload images as per the given instructions.
   • Images include “Glimpse of Myself,” “Glimpse of My Family,” and “Learners Portfolio.”
3. Download Tab:
   • Enable holistic toggle button
   • Choose class and download images accordingly.
