How to create admission evaluations and set cut-off marks/percentage?

> Admission > Admission Evaluation

  1. Click the class name for which you wish to add evaluation details.
  2. On the next page, click  on the top right corner of the page. 
  3. Enter the name of the evaluation.
  4. Enter the duration for evaluation.
  5. Enter the maximum marks.
  6. Click SAVE.
    The evaluation created will be listed on the screen.
  7. Turn on the toggle to Convert Total Marks to Percentage value, if required.
    1. Click Define weightage. List of all available evaluations will appear on the pop-up window.
    2. Enter the weightage against respective evaluations. Sum of the weightages cannot exceed 100.
    3. Click SAVE.
  8. Define the Total Passing Marks/percentage, if required, by turning on the toggle against it and clicking the edit button.

    NOTE:

    • If weightage is specified, the overall percentage will be calculated based on the weightage specified.
    • It is possible to create more than one evaluation per class. Click at the top right corner of the screen to add more evaluations to the class.
    • In order to prevent users from shortlisting a student who has not met the minimum cutoff specified, go to > Admission > Admission Process > Smart Validations, and tick ‘Move student to confirmation only if student achieves evaluation criteria’ checkbox.
