If you are using the Next Learning Platform app, follow these steps to activate your parent account:

1. Enter your school code.
2. Select the user as ‘Parent’ if you are an Android user.
3. Enter your registered mobile number/email ID as the username.
4. Click on ‘No Password? Try OTP’.
5. Enter your registered mobile number and click on ‘Generate OTP’.
6. Enter the OTP you just received and you will now be successfully logged in to your account.
7. Set a new password for future logins with other devices or use the same device.

Alternatively, you can follow these steps to activate your parent account on the web:

1. Open Google Chrome and enter <school code>.nexterp.in as the URL in the address bar.
2. Select the user as ‘Parent’.
3. Enter your registered mobile number/email ID as the username.
4. Click on ‘Login with OTP’.
5. Enter your registered mobile number and click on ‘Generate OTP’.
6. Enter the OTP you just received and you will now be successfully logged in to your account.
7. Set a new password for future logins with other devices or use the same device.
