Generate an OTP for registered mobile number/email address
If you are using the Next Learning Platform app, follow these steps to log in to your parent account:
- Enter your school code.
- Select the user as ‘Parent if you are an Android user.
- Enter your registered mobile number or email address as the username.
- Click on ‘No Password? Try OTP’.
- Enter your registered mobile number or email address and click on ‘Generate OTP’.
- Enter the OTP you just received on your registered mobile number or email address.
- If you can’t find the mail containing the OTP in your inbox, check the Spam folder.
- You will now be successfully logged in to your account.
Alternatively, you can follow these steps to log in to your parent account on the web:
- Open Google Chrome and enter <school code>.nexterp.in as the URL in the address bar.
- Select the user as ‘Parent’.
- Enter your registered mobile number or email address as the username.
- Click on ‘Login with OTP’.
- Enter your registered mobile number or email address and click on ‘Generate OTP’.
- Enter the OTP you just received on your registered mobile number or email address.
- If you can’t find the mail containing the OTP in your inbox, check the Spam folder.
- You will now be successfully logged in to your account.
