How to send a message to parents and /or guardian of a student?

Message can be sent in the form of SMS, EMAIL or NOTIFICATION to the parents, guardian or primary contact.

  1. Click the student’s name in students list. The student’s profile page will be displayed.
  2. Click Message. The pop-up window will appear.
  3. Select the type of message from the drop-down menu in Send.
  4. Select the checkbox against Father, Mother, Guardian or Primary Contact to send the message.
  5. Fill in the Subject, Description field (Description should not exceed 160 characters).
  6. Click Send.
