NLP allows you to send SMS and emails to people who are in any of the five steps of admission namely, enquiry, application, registration, evaluation and confirmation.
- Select the admission step in which the student(s) is currently in.
- Select the student(s) to whom the message is to be sent.
- Click the Send Message icon on the right corner of the page.
- Fill in the details.
- Select the mode of message as SMS/ Email (ONLY one is allowed).
- Select recipients of the message as FATHER, MOTHER, LOCAL GUARDIAN, LEGAL GUARDIAN or PRIMARY CONTACT (Multiple recipient types can be selected).
- Enter the subject of the messages.
- Enter the description of the messages.
- Click SEND.
OR
- Click the name of the student to view student details.
- Click MESSAGE on the top right corner of the page.
- Click MESSAGE on the top right corner of the page.
- Select the mode of message as SMS/Email.
- Select receivers of the message.
- Enter the subject of the message.
- Enter the description of the message.
- Click SEND.
