How to show or hide fields in student admission form?

Various fields in the student’s admission form can be shown or hidden according to requirement. Custom fields can be added in the form. There are four types of form including Add Student Form, Admission Student 360, Online Admission Form, Online Admission Portal, Online Enquiry Form.

  1. Select Add Student Form tab on the top of the page. The list of the fields will appear including field name, type and entity.
  2. Click on the right side of the page. The pop-up window will appear to add custom field.
  3. Select checkcircle against the desired field.
  4. Click Add. The custom field will be added to the list.
  5. Turn on the toggle down to Mandatory and Show in Form against the desired field to make the fields enable or disable in the form.
    If the toggle is turned on against the mandatory then the field will be mandatory to be filled in the form.

  6. Select Admission Student 360 tab on the top of the page to add, enable or disable fields in full admission form. 
  7. Select Sections from the drop-down menu. The list of the fields will appear including field name, type and entity.
  8. Click on the right side of the page. The pop-up window will appear to add custom field.
  9. Select checkcircle against the desired field.
  10. Click Add. The custom field will be added to the list.
  11. Turn on the toggle down to Mandatory and Show in Form against the desired field to make the fields enable or disable in the form.
    If the toggle is turned on against the mandatory then the field will be mandatory to be filled in the form.

  12. Select Online Admission Form tab on the top of the page.

  18. Select Online Admission Portal tab on the top of the page to track the status and stage of the online admission form. The list of the fields will appear including field name, type and entity.
  19. Click on the right side of the page. The pop-up window will appear to add custom field.
  20. Select checkcircle against the desired field.
  21. Turn on the toggle down to Show in Form against the desired field to make the fields enable or disable in the portal.
  22. Click CUSTOMISE ADMISSION TRACKER to customise the admission tracker (the status and stage of the online admission form). The pop-up window will appear.
  23. By default, some titles and their subtitles will be configured. Click to edit the subtitles.
  24. Click SAVE CHANGES. The changes will be done in the subtitle.
  25. Select Online Enquiry Form tab on the top of the page. The list of the fields will appear including field name, type and entity.
  26. Click on the right side of the page. The pop-up window will appear to add custom field.
  27. Select checkcircle against the desired field.
  28. Click Add. The custom field will be added to the list.
  29. Turn on the toggle down to Mandatory and Show in Form against the desired field to make the fields enable or disable in the form.
