How to use support?

In support, the user can raise their problems via text message or voice message if they are facing any problem while using NLP modules. If they find any difficulty they can raise their concern via text message or voice message.

  1. Click on the top of the page. The pop-up window will appear.
  2. Enter Subject (not more than 300 words), an issue for which the problem has been raised.
  3. Enter Brief Description of Message (not more than 1000 words).
  4. Select checkbox against Attach a screenshot of the current NLP screen to attach a screenshot.
    NOTE:
    Only attaches a screenshot of the NLP tab.
  5. Select checkbox against Record your message to send a voice message. NOTE:
    Briefly explain the issue, preferably in English within a maximum of 1 minute and 30 seconds
  6. Click Send.
