How to verify my email ID?

If you activate the parent account through your email ID, it will be automatically verified. Otherwise, follow these steps.

1. Log in to the parent account.
2. Click on the Profile icon on the top right corner of the home screen and navigate to ‘Manage Account’.
3. Select ‘My Account and click on ‘Verify’.
4. You will receive an email from Next Learning Platform at your registered email address containing an OTP.
5. If you can’t find it in your inbox, check the Spam folder.
6. Enter the OTP in the mail and your email ID will be successfully verified.
