Login: Parents or students log in to their respective accounts.
Following these steps, parents or students can conveniently make partial payments for fees through the platform. This process ensures transparency and ease of use for users while managing their financial obligations.
Dashboard > Quick link > Fee payment
Access Fee Payment:
- Navigate to the dashboard.
- Click on the “Quick link” option.
- Select “Fee payment” from the quick links menu.
Fee Information Page:
- Users are redirected to the Fee Info page, displaying all relevant fee information.
Initiate Payment:
- On the Fee Info page, locate and click the “Make Payment” button.
Specify Partial Amount:
- In the payment options, select the grey circle next to “Pay other amount.”
- Enter the desired partial amount in the “Other Amount” field.
Confirmation:
- Tick the checkbox agreeing to the terms and conditions.
Confirm Payment:
- Click the “I agree” checkbox to confirm acceptance of the terms.
- Press the “Confirm” button to proceed.
Payment Gateway:
- Users are redirected to the corresponding payment gateway page to complete the transaction.
Receipt Download:
Upon successful payment, a download link for the fee receipt appears on the screen.
