FAQ

When onboarding a payment gateway for a specific school, will major banks (SBI, HDFC, Axis &ICICI) be enabled simultaneously, or is there a potential delay in their activation?

The Net-banking payment method for major banks like – SBI, HDFC, Axis, Kotak & ICICI is not enabled by default for any merchants and must be specifically requested during the onboarding process from the dashboard. The Turnaround Time (TAT) for enabling this method will vary depending on the respective bank’s procedures and processing timelines. We recommend that merchants express their preference for Net banking during the onboarding stage to ensure a seamless integration into their payment options, understanding that the activation time may differ based on the individual policies of therelevant banks
