Your username will be either your registered Mobile Number or Email Address.
Seek Assistance from Other Admins or IT Coordinators
If you’re unable to retrieve your username, seek help from an Admin, IT Coordinator, Principal, or any staff with administrative access.
They can follow these steps to find your username:
Steps to Retrieve Username:
Step 1: Navigate to Settings ->Administration -> School Setup
Step 2: Locate and click on the User Account Management
Step 3: Go to the Staff tab and select the Activated section.
Step 4: Search for the staff member’s name to find their username.
Step 5: Try logging in using the retrieved username and password.
