  1. Search for the phone number in the system (Could be a student, parent, guardian, admission enquiry, vendor, alumni, etc).
  2. Identify the list of messages sent to the phone number from the Communication Reports.
  3. Provide relevant screenshots/document scan copies of consent forms containing the phone number to the integrator.
