Step 1- Click on Settings.
Step 2- Go to Administration.
Step 3- From the drop down click on school setup.
Step 4- Find User Account Management and Click it.
Step 5- Find a Parent option and click it.
If a parent has not received the account activation link/message/OTP then resend it by clicking on REMIND.
If the still parent has not received the account activation link/message/OTP so follow the steps:
Step 1- Click on Settings.
Step 2- Go to Collaboration.
Step 3- From the drop down click on communication.
Step 4 – Find the Alerts and click on it.
After that search account and then click on user account creation alert
Then check user account creation SMS for the parent toggle is on or not if this toggle is off so please mail to support@nexteducation.in
