What steps should staff take if they encounter errors during account activation?

1. Contact Administration

If staff face any issue while activating the account then staff have to contact the admin so that admin will send a reminder link if that issue is related to activation link. By which staff can activate the account. 

2. Seek Platform Support

If none of the above works, contact Next Learning Platform’s technical support for assistance. Provide details about the issue, such as the exact error message and steps you’ve already tried.
