Why is the “Proceed” button disabled when generating a Bonafide Certificate?

Common Reasons :

  1. No student is selected.
  2. Student not fetched due to incorrect academic session.
  3. Wrong class selected.

How to fix it :

  1. Search and select the student to enable the Proceed button.
  2. Make sure you’re entering the correct name or admission number.
  3. Ensure you are searching student in the right class.
  4. Verify that the student exists in the chosen academic session.
