The Dynamic QR Code functionality can be enabled only if your school has an active Razorpay payment gateway.
Follow the steps below to enable it for the first time.
1. Payment Gateway (PG) Dashboard Configuration
If UPI & QR settings are not enabled in your PG Dashboard, follow these steps:
Step 1: Login to Payment Gateway Portal.
Step 2: Navigate to the Left Menu -> Account Settings -> Payment Methods, and enable UPI & QR settings.
Step 3: You will receive a confirmation once the settings are successfully enabled.
You can now proceed with the NextOS side configuration as outlined below.
2. NextOS Configuration
Step 1: Navigate to Settings -> Administration -> School Setup -> Locate and Click on Roles & Permissions.
Step 2: Search for the role to which you want to grant access.
Step 3: Click to open the Role settings, Go to the Fee tab.
Step 4: Scroll down to Action Items, locate and enable the Dynamic QR Link option.
Note: These settings will be auto-saved upon selection. Ensure you do not enable any additional settings to avoid errors in your URL.
