You must either have a Admin or a Teacher access in the Next Gurukul to perform this action.
View & Manage Students
- If you are an admin, Go to Home > School Workspace > Manage Students > Student List
- You can view all the students by navigating in a Class & Section.
- If you are a teacher, Go to Curriculum > Course > Students.
- Tap on a Student to View more information or Edit.
Enroll New Students
Navigate to the Add Students section and choose one of the following methods:
- Quick Add – Add students individually.
- Bulk Upload – Upload multiple students using Excel.
- Admit with Activation Code – For self-registered students
Let’s understand each method briefly:
1. Quick Add – Adding Students Individually
Ideal for adding fewer students.
Template Options
- Standard – Uses Parent/Student Phone Number for username registration.
- Custom – Requires a unique Login ID.
How to Use?
Navigate to Quick Add > Choose Template(By default Standard is selected) > Fill Student Details > Tap Add

2. Bulk Upload – Adding Students in Bulk
Ideal for uploading multiple students.
Similar to the Quick Add, this also provides you the option of Standard & Custom template. It is recommended to use the Standard template as it has multiple benefits.
How to Use?
Navigate to Bulk Upload > Choose Template > Download > Prepare Data in Excel,
Upload File > Check Validation > Create Students

3. Admit Students with Activation Code
Works for students who have self-registered using the activation code from their Lab handbook.
- Students can self register and activate the code to get access to Learning Tools.
- To get full access to the course, they either need to get their account authorized by the teacher/admin or use the account created by the school.
- Ask students to bring their Lab handbook to school to complete this process.
How to Use?
Navigate to Admit with Activation Code > Scan QR from Student’s Lab Handbook Verify Student Details > Tap Admit
