If a class teacher cannot enter or edit marks for all subjects, it may be due to missing class teachership mapping or a disabled setting in the examination configuration.
Step 1: Verify Class Teachership Mapping
Ensure the teacher is assigned as a Primary Class Teacher via Subject Teacher Mapping in Settings > Staff > Staff.
Step 2: Update Examination Settings
- Go to Settings > Student > Examination.
- Click General Settings.
- Enable the Allow Class Teachers to edit other subject marks option.
- Changes will be saved automatically.
