1. Navigate to Settings > Student > Examination > Examination Hierarchy.
2. Select the required Class and click Validate.
3. Choose the relevant Term.
4. Review the Grade System column at the Assessment, Subject, and Activity levels.
5. Check whether the mapped grade system is correct.
6. If it is incorrect, select the appropriate grade system from the dropdown.
7. Click Save to apply the changes.
