How to configure autonumbering sequence for visit and exit?

Visit and Exit Pass ID should be sequenced. By default, the visit and exit autonumbering settings are given. In the given settings, make changes in sequence name, prefix, suffix and variable as required and the autonumbering settings will be configured after that the visit and exit ID will be automatically numbered.

  1. Click on the given visit/exit autonumbering settings. The pop-up window will appear.
  2. Enter Sequence Name.
  3. Enter Prefix, Variable and Suffix to set autonumbering settings.
  4. Click SAVE.
