Student activation is a mandatory step to enable access to digital course content, including activities, assignments, assessments, and lab sessions on the NextOS platform. Without activation, students will not be able to access any of these resources.
Content can be activated in two ways:
- By students themselves through the NextOS app
- By school staff (Admin or Teacher) through their login
Note: Ensure you have the student’s activation code. If not, ask students to bring their NextOS Parent & Student Guidebook, where the activation code is printed.
You can do so using Web browser or NextOS Mobile app
Method 1: Using Web Browser (Admin/Teacher Login)
- Visit your school’s NextOS URL (e.g., nlp.nexterp.in).
- Log in to your Admin or Teacher account.
- Navigate to: Student > Student List & Reports > View Student Subscriptions
- Select the Class, Section, and filter the Status as Pending.
Tip: You can also send a reminder to students to activate on their own. - Click Activate Now next to the student’s name.
- When prompted, enter the activation code manually, then click Validate.
- If valid, the activation code will be displayed next to the student’s name.
- Repeat the process for any additional students.
- Once all desired students activation codes are validated, click Activate.
- A success message will appear showing the count of students activated.
