How can I configure advance fees to be collected during student admissions?

Step 1: Navigate to Settings -> Student -> Admission

Step 2: Locate Application/Registration Fee and click on it.

Step 3: You may see the existing Application/Registration fee if they are already added in your school URL. To add a new fee, click on Add New in the top-right corner.

Step 4: Fill in the required details, such as Fee Name, Short Code, Label, Mode of Admission, Admission Step, and Amount. For the Admission Step, select Advance Fee to classify it as an advance.
(Note: If the “Advance” option is not displayed in your school URL, enable Student Wallet under Settings -> Finance -> Fee -> Fee Collection -> Global.)

Step 5: Enter the desired Amount.

Step 6: Map the applicable classes and admission categories to proceed.

Step 7: Click SAVE at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

Note: All fees collected in Advance Mode will be recharged and mapped to the Student Wallet. These funds can then be used for regular fee payments, pocket money, and inventory purchases for the student.
