How can I replicate the examination settings from previous academic sessions?

You can use the Examination Replicator to quickly copy exam settings from an earlier session to the current one.

Log in to your NextOS account using your School Admin credentials.
Navigate to Transaction > Student > Examination > Examination Replicator.
Select Branch as “My Branch”.
Choose the Academic Session (select the previous academic year as the source).
Select the Source Class whose exam configuration you want to replicate.
In Replicate To, choose the Destination Class in the current academic session.
Select the Terms for both sessions.
Click Replicate to complete the process.

This will copy the subjects, exam structure, assessments, and related settings from the previous session to the current one.
