How can I request a cancellation of overdue fees on my account?

Currently, parents cannot place a direct request to cancel overdue fees in the system. However, an overdue amount may appear for the following reasons:

• The payment is unpaid
• If it was paid, but a fine was later applied.
• A new fee type was added after the earlier payment.

If you believe the overdue amount is incorrect, please contact the school staff for support.
