To ensure the fee structure has been accurately copied to the future session, follow these steps:
🔍 Step 1: Compare with Current Session
Before verification, keep a reference of:
✔️ Current session fee structure (for comparison)
✔️ Future session fee structure (if changes are required)
📌 Step 2: Cross-Check Fee Structure Data
To verify all this information, you must switch to the future academic session before proceeding with the checks.
📌 Navigate to: Settings -> Finance -> Fee
✅ Fee Categories – Ensure all categories have been copied from the previous session.
✅ Fee Types – Confirm that both Mandatory and Optional fee types are present as they were in the previous session.
✅ Fee Schedule / Installments –
🔹Verify all installments along with their due dates.
📌 Note: The due dates remain the same, only the year will change.
✅ Fee Structure & Amount Details–
🔹Click on Fee Structure and review class-wise details.
🔹Click Download Fee Structure to export an Excel file for quick verification.
✅ Autonumbering & Fee Receipt Template –
🔹Check if these settings have been copied correctly.
🛠 Step 3: Modify or Correct the Fee Amount
To ensure the fee structure aligns with the future academic session, manually update the following settings:
✅ Fee Category
✅ Fee Type
✅ Fee Schedule
✅ Fee Structure
✅ Autonumbering
✅ Receipt Template Settings
🔓 Step 4: Unlock Fee Collection
📌 After copying the fee structure, the Fee Collection gets locked automatically.
✔️ To begin collecting fees, unlock it after making necessary modifications:
📍 Navigate to: Fee -> Fee Collection -> General Tab -> Lock Fee Collection
