To update salary components for employees through a salary register Excel sheet, you can follow these general steps:

Finance>>Payroll>>Salary Register

Download the excel template:

  • Click on salary register
  • Click on bulk upload
  • Click on download salary register excel
  • Select commission type
  • Select payroll cycle
  • Select departments
  • Select staff
  • Click on download
  • Downloaded excel user update the component values and save the excel

Upload the excel template:

  • Click on salary register
  • Click on bulk upload
  • Click on upload
  • Select commission type
  • Select payroll cycle
  • Upload the excel

Invlaid entries: 

  • Download the invalid entries excel
  • Do the corrections and reupload the excel.
