Settings > Communication > Alert > Admission > Admission Pending Documnets Alert
If parent has not submitted the mandatory documents in any of the admission step they will be receiving an email asking to submit the pending documents. A scheduled email alert has been added to trigger to parents to submit pending documents.
- Click on alerts
- Select module filter as Admission
- Click on Submit
- Enable the Admission Pending Documnets Alert (Triggers only for NEW_APPLICANT)
