Settings > Communication > Alert > Misc> Usage Analytics Monthly Alert
Students and Staff in our Next Learning Platform analytics serve as a valuable tool for management to analyze usage behavior. We can calculate the total User Login Counts for Student and Staff. Alert will be triggered as email and notification on every month first day. It will be triggered only for Admin and Principal roles.
- Click on Settings
- Select Collaboration
- Select Communication
- Select Alerts Card
- Select module filter as Misc
- Click on Submit
System Defined Alert default Enabled the Usage Analytics Monthly Alert (Trigger for Adimin and Principal)
