How to configure examination schedule ?

  > Examination > Examination Schedule.

To configure this examination schedule for any Assessment, we need to make sure that the Exam Hierarchy is created for that class.

1. 1. Click   at the right corner of the page.
   2. The Class & Section list will display and under that, you will get have two dropdowns to select Term and Assessment.
   3. Select the class & section, Term, and Assessment.
   4. List of subjects will be displayed.
   5. We have to enter the Exam date, start and end time of the exam/assessment.
   6. Here we can enter instructions to be followed.
   7. If we want to add this examination schedule to the Academic calendar, please the “Show schedule on the calendar” checkbox.
   8. Click on Save button at the bottom right corner of the page, this will create an exam schedule of that assessment for a perticular class & section.
