How to download or upload the holding category data in bulk in the library?

   > Library > Holding Category

Holding category data can be downloaded and uploaded in excel format. Template (Excel) can be downloaded with or without data.

1. Click at the right corner of the page. The window will appear to upload or download the holding category data. 
2. Click Download Template to download the excel with or without data. The pop-up window will appear to select With or Without Data.
   If with data is selected, then the excel with all the holding category data will be downloaded.
   If without data is selected, then the blank excel with the fields name will be downloaded.
3. Click Download.
4. Click  to upload the downloaded excel with holding category data.
