How to edit the created letter for the staff?

Letter template can be edited. Fields can be added or deleted in the letter template.

  1. Click on the created letter and then click Edit Template to edit the letter template. The window will appear to edit the template.
  2. Select LABELS tab on the left side of the page to add the required field.
  3. Select label category from the drop-down menu including School Details, Personal Details, Dependent Details, Employment Details etc. and the fields list according to their category will be displayed.
  4. Click to add the desired field in the letter template.
  5. Select ASSETS tab on the left side of the page to add the required asset.
  6. Select asset category from the drop-down menu including Logo, Gallery, Signature. The fields list according to their category will be displayed.
  7. Click to add the desired field in the letter template.
  8. Click Save.

NOTE:

  • Click to upload the file (Ex. Photo, Signature).
  • Click to reset the letter template.
  • Click to preview the letter template, click to download the letter template.
  • Select to view the versions of the letter template.
