> Student > Student Exit Process
TC will be generated for the students when they will leave the school. In the student exit process, the TC will be generated to the students. There are three possibilities after the student has been applied for the TC are Initiated, Exited, Aborted.
- Select Initiated Tab on the top of the page.
- Click to add the student to initiate the exit process. The pop-up window will appear.
- Select Class and Section from the drop-down menu. The list of the students will appear.
- Click checkcircle against desired student’s name.
- Select Exit Type from the drop-down menu.
- Select Effective Date.
- Enter Exit Reason.
- Click INITIATE. The initiated exit process will be shown on the page including Student name, Primary contact, Primary contact no., Class-Section, Initiation Date, Exit Type and Due Clearance.
- Select checkcircle against the student’s name and click Approve Exit. The student’s name will be moved to the exited process. The new window will be displayed with the template.
- Click Generate and Download to download the TC for the student. The TC is generated for the student. The page will be redirected to the EXITED page.
- Click to download the generated TC for the student.
- Click to regenerate the TC for the student.
NOTE:
- Click Abort to stop the initiation for the student exit process. The pop-up window will appear. Click Yes and the student will be removed from the student exit process.
- Click to download the list of the students who have initiated the exit process. The excel will be downloaded.
- Click to view the exit promoted/detained students. The pop-up window will appear. Select Class and Section from the drop-down menu. The list of the students will appear. Select checkcircle against the desired student and click Confirm Exit. The page will be redirected to the TC generation page.
