Library issue return provides issue and return report of the holdings for the students and staff. The report is downloadable in Excel and PDF format from the page.
Issue Return Report for students
- Click Student tab on the top of the page.
- Click Filters on the left side of the page. The pop-up window will appear.
- Select Class and Section from the drop-down menu.
- Select Date or Month option.
NOTE:
If Day Wise is selected, it is mandatory to select the date range (From to To).
If Monthly is selected, it is mandatory to select the month from the drop-down menu. - Turn on the toggle against Include Inactive Students, if required.
- Select the student name in Student List to view the issue return status.
- Click Submit. The report of the holdings with an issue and return dates will be displayed.
NOTE:
- Click to download the file in XLS form.
- Click to download the file in PDF form.
Issue Return Report for Staff
- Select Staff tab on the top of the page.
- Click Filters on the left side of the page. The pop-up window will appear.
- Select Department from the drop-down menu.
- Select Date or Month option.
NOTE:

- Select staff in Staff List from the drop-down menu.

The library issue return report will be downloaded for student and staff.
