How to view the payment settlements?

> Payment Gateway > Settlements

All the successful online payment transactions done by the parents to submit their ward’s school fee or admission fee can be viewed in payment settlement including Settlement Dates, Settlement ID, Settlement UTR, Payment Transaction (No.), Refund Transactions(No.), Transfer Transactions(No.), Reversal Transactions(No.), Amount and Status. Refunded payments can also be viewed in settlements.

  1. Click to select the date range for online payment transactions.
  2. Select Account from the drop-down menu. The list of settled transactions will be displayed.
