How to view the sent SMS, Email, Notification or Alerts?

  1. Click the SMS, EMAIL or NOTIFICATION tab from the top of the page.
    • To view the sent messages for the selected mode of communication, click SENT at the left side of the page.
    • To view the scheduled messages for the selected mode of communication, click SCHEDULED at the left side of the page.
    • To view the alerts for the selected mode of communication, click ALERTS at the left side of the page.
      The recently sent messages or alerts of the selected mode of the message will be displayed.
      For SMS,
      the subject of the SMS, recipient type, total number of recipients, number of messages that are in progress, delivered, failed, total SMS, delivery % and sent date will be displayed.
      For Emails,
      the subject of the Emails, recipient type, the total number of Emails, number of messages that are in progress, delivered, failed, count of messages that are read and sent date will be displayed.
      For Notifications,
      the subject of the notifications, recipient type, the total number of notifications, number of sent notifications and sent date will be displayed.

  2. Select a Date Range to display the sent messages/alerts in that date range.
  3. Set the Delivery % to selectively display the messages/alerts.
