To view and download overall transaction summary report

> Payment Gateway > Payment Gateway Reports > Overall Transaction Summary Report

Overall transaction summary report gives details on the overall transactions that have happened online. It also gives the current status of the transactions that were successful & the pertaining details. This report gives overall details of the transactions including the settlement details, refund details and the student (payer details). The report is downloadable in PDF and Excel format from the page.

1. Click Filters on the left side of the page.
2. Select Academic Session from the drop-down menu.
3. Select Transaction From and Transaction To dates.
4. Select Class and Section from the drop-down menu.
5. Select Transaction Type and Transaction Status from the drop-down menu.
6. Click Submit. The list of all the transactions will be displayed.

NOTE:

• Click to download the file in XLS form.
• Click to download the file in PDF form.

Overall transaction summary report will be downloaded.
